Carm3D - your Avatar scares the living hell out of me. Great model, great expression, great work altogether, but good god is it disturbing!!! ;)

Not that I have any room to talk - my avatar is pretty goofy, but it's just a temporary one til "Mittens the Cat" is finished.

See ya,

Harlan

That's why I turned off avatars and signatures. Don't have to look at the uglies and I save Newtek some bandwidth. :)

Yep, never said I was. Just pointing out to the peoples that avatars and sigs can be disabled. Makes reading forums nicer, at least for me.

If only there was an option to just view avatars with lovely naked women and nothing else.

I want womanheat for the masses!

(unless that's not your bag, then we'll allow some manheat in there)

Carm3D -- this isn't about your avatar. It's about your fruit basket. Hot [email protected]^^, that image is cool! I like the way you used Sasquatch for the textures.

I ain't got an avatar.

i think Digimassa (nothing personal ;)) has the most sick/annoying avatar!
People from NT has one of the greatest ones...

There are many more or less annoying avatars, but I think PaQ's avatar beats Digimassa's in terms of sickness :)

I find Digimassa's avatat rather cool (along with NonoGator's)

Since such a hullabaloo was made over my avatar, I thought I would update it... Here ya go.. I will re-render him with hair overnight tonight (Sasquatch is muy slow!).

run run...there's a madman on the loose!!! ;)

Your avatar is cool man...it's just disturbing. It makes me laugh everytime I see it - albeit in a disturbed sort of way quickly followed by cowering in the shower with my clothes on.

If you put mine, Carm's, and harlan's avatar together... it almost looks like a bizarre story.

Poopie... Rendered with hair he is just a hair (narf!) too big for the 20kb limit! If they allowed one more kilobyte I could do it! Arrgh!

This is a higher quality (26-whopping kb) version:

Unfortunately I'll have to keep him bald here unless they let me use an avatar from my site.. then they don't have to pay for the bandwidth. Tsk.

it's very disturbing.

what are his hands doing?

if they're in front, i don't want to know. if they're in back, he's playing butt bongo on himself.

Carm3D

Glad to see that you got your avatar the way that you wanted it. I am hoping that you can help me with mine.

Can you tell me more about how you made yours so dam good? Things like what programs did you use and the length and color depth. How many frames. The specs if you can.

Thanks in advance:)

Kinda curious meself. :)

Carm3D
07-25-2004, 01:36 PM
Lightwave, DFX+ (for cropping to 80x80), GIF Construction Set. Sometimes I make a "pallette picture" for the first frame (looks like a colour-bars picture) to help force which colours I want in the limited palette.

Sheeesh, that'd be one hell of an expensive "Avatar Creation Kit". ;)
