Theese are some of the characters from an animated short we are working on. Fron left to right: Superhjälten, Gula-Faran, Lukas (the maincharacter), Rebecca and last but not least Robert.
Only 2 more of the big characters to go now+ some background people.

Comments are welcome.

Yes. I'm modelling and rigging all characters, and will probably do most of the animation too. Production starts in september or october, so i'm trying to get all characters rigged and ready now, aswell as most enviroments and props...

I love these characters. It may have been mentioned before, but which cell shader are you using? Also have you posted any of the wireframe models of these chars, wondering how manny polys you are looking at. Props on the looks, very clean. Can't wait to see more in motion.

Here is a wireframe of the characters. I mostly use SuperCelShader and some gradients and also some BESM, mainly for the eyes. I try to keep geometry as simple as possible and only add polys where it's absolutely necessary (usually during rigging when i see something not behaving as i want).

I use between 6-12 for subdividin on render, depending on how close i will get to the characters ofcourse.
