If you are going for a jello type object its really close, but gummy bears I don't think wiggle/move as much. When the paddle hits it the last time his head caves in, which makes it look like it has no mass inside of it. The first, third, and fourth hits were the most realistic but the others need some tweaking.

The paddle is a collision object, the bear object has Cloth FX applied, and then there is gravity, of course. It took me some time though to find the right settings for Cloth FX.
