Ok, here are some comments:

1st picture:
The main texture of the carriage (orange/brown) looks a little bit flat, but maybe this is due to the use of GI.

1st, 2nd, 4th pictures:
I see a lot of segmentation: doors, windows, lights, mug handles, mug rims. Are you required to have a low poly count ? If not, you might want to increase the definition of your objects.

3rd Picture:
The mouth of the character really seems "cut out". Don't you want to add some lips ?

4th picture:
The 2 mugs in the back are blurred as if they were moving (i.e. motion blur instead of depth of field blur). Is that the effect you wanted to achieve ?

Just my thoughts, I hope they help.

thanks renato. yea i see the low polys, the real resolution is in w.i.p.
ha.. man the animation is in progress work.... :( my job is all time.
