You must fake it by hand!

Sorry...
no reflections are possible actually...
as far as I know!

You could try put a camera in the direction of the reflection ( looking to your object), render the image/sequence and then apply it like a texture n the 1st scene...just a work around...

SEMIRO,

The reason that reflections are not possbile with Sas or Saslite is because they are pixel filters which means they're both an effect that is applied after the render is complete. So according to the render they do not exist and as such, do not cast reflections.

That's not entirely true since PixelFilters can indeed show up in reflections (basically even today volumetric lights and HV's are such a thing like back in the old days when they were first introduced even though they now belong to a dedicated "VolumetricHandler" class). It's simply the fact that Sas never holds a complete copy of all the fibers in the memory (they are just temporarily generated, rendered and then eliminated) and thus they are not visible to rays. Maybe Steve Worley will implement a function in the eagerly awaited Sas 2 that would allow to store the geometry data to objects or a special temp buffer that can be seen by the rays of the normal LW renderer.
