Madoka,

what are your system specs? drives, motherboard, processor, ram etc.?

I have not ran into this at all around here. Cue has nothing to do with the DDR while it is playing. Cue only comes into the picture when you are getting ready to play. I was just thinking though, If your system is too slow to playback two sources simultaneously then you would be getting dropped frames when Cue Out tells the switcher to start the other DDR.

Try this. Play two or three DDR clips simultaneously and see what happens to the output. If you see the system dropping frames then disk bandwidth would be the problem not Cue Out.

You got my email. Send me one if you need some more help.

My specs are Supermicro X5DA8 Dual Xeon 2.4, 1GB DDR, 3 VIDEO SCSI 10.000 RPM. VGA 5900 FX 128MB.

DDR's play ok when Cue Out is not selected. Simply turn on CUE OUT and you can see that Time code doesn't run as smooth as if you don't have selected CUE OUT. In most cases DDR's drop frames Also Tbar movement is also jerky.
