I think this book is a fantastic idea, especially for those of us who have a hard time sitting through long tutorial-style books.

Yes, as a contributor, I'm slightly biased. :p

Well its about STINKING time...:D

I was starting to wonder if maybe you guys should change your name from WordWare to WordWeary or maybe WordWeird... hmmm WordWar, WordWart, WordWarez, WordWear.... aaahhh chill Theo... the WordWare people are finally coming out of their holes in the ground so leave these sick little talented freaks alone and read their book when the delivery truck poops it out on your front porch.

Ah sweet respite...Now I need a glass of sweet tea gents...

I pre-ordered mine months ago and, as I'm just scratching the surface of LW8, this is going to be a much awaited gem! Looking forward to this one. Thanks Wes,

Well, I can just say that this is THE Lightwave book!:)

I can assure you, if you're either a newbie or an expert user, you're going to have a go with every single trick you read.

I'm honoured I gave my small contribute!

Quite kewl -- ordered my copy today! Thanx for the heads-up!

This is great News! I've just barly scratched the texturing book released a few weeks ago but hey I'm always ready for a new book to read. Anyway's when do you expect the book to hit our door steps?

I got my copy today, it was kind of suprise seeing as how I only ordered a few weeks ago. Anyway so far so good, there is a ton of info in that book, it is a little overwhelming at first, but open up to any page and you will find something useful. A must for any wavers collection.

Got my copy last night, and have already begun reading it. Quite a cool book! Definitely a "Must-Have" for beginners and advanced uers alike!

I am slowly working threw my copy, I think I will have to read it 3 or 4 times to get past the information overload stage. I don't think it will be going to far from my computer for quite some time.

Just got my copy, and want to tip my hat to the publisher and authors. This book is unfreakinbelievable! From concept to execution, I've never seen anything like this before, for any app. The Lightwave user community is very lucky to have the kind of people that put this thing together working on their behalf.

For us novices of 3D an Lightwave, this book is right on the money!!! :D
