View Full Version : Audio Support in Render/Subpatch Freeze options

I have been thinking about this feature for a while and I believe this would be extremely beneficial to those who plan on making short films in LW.

Example, if I apply sound to a scene, I should be able to hear it after I render a video of it. Maya has this down...I think LW8 and beyond should have this

And something for game designers...something similar to Maya's NURBS convert to Polygons. Such as if I have a subpatch model and I want to freeze it, there should be an option such as standard freeze or Freeze Polygon Count.

Polygon Count should be things like, I choose a polygon count (let's say 5000 polygons), Lightwave should triangulate cleanly at that exact count or approximate count. This is a much better solution than running QEMLOSS 2/3, and it is cleaner...

As for modeler, it should be adaptable toward triangles, like 3DS Max is...

Just my two cents...
