View Full Version : Ability to load/save 'Texture Editor' Settings

This has probably been asked for before, but no harm in asking again is there!

You know how it is, you set up the basic surface parameters for a shiney, reflective object, and then you have to go and setup the reflection, diffuse and specularity channels with an incidence gradient.

You should have started from a preset, but you forgot! You've also forgotton the settings that create that lovely surface.

Be great if you could load the parameters of the 'Texture Editor' in a similar way you can with the whole surface.

Yes, that would be cool.

Additionally, the idea of node-based surfacing would allow linking of multiple channels of various surfaces into the same calculation :)
