This is the first time I have attempted to use the Aux Send output on the SX-8. I noticed immediately that there is a SEVERE delay in the audio coming out of the SX-8. I haven't had a whole lot of time to go through and see exactly how much delay but it seems to be about a 1/2 second or so. There is no mention of there being a delay that I can find. Has anyone used these or is there an explanation for this? More importantly how can I get rid of this delay?

I use Aux send pretty much all the time & have never had a delay problem. I go from the Toaster board to Aux in & then out to an amplifier from aux send. This is just for monitoring, of course.

i don't do live, but isn't there a built in delay if you use PA out, maybe that is where he hooked up or maybe it's wired backward inside the BOB?

It is deffinately on the Aux Send. The volume is controlled by the Aux send on the audio mixer in VT3. I have another SX-8 I am going to attempt to swap in once I have a free minute to see if it corrects the problem.
