When I animated the knight, his amour is bend/distord just like a cloth, how can I animted the knight but the amour doesn't distord/bend like cloth),please help, thanks! :)

Create a basic body shape for your character, and animate that. Parent your high poly armour to it, then add the Hardlink deformer plugin to your armour. Add SoftFx to your body, and set the Operator1 to <none> so it doesn't deform. Press Calculate and then the armour should follow your body with the distinct pieces following it. You have to be a bit careful as the pieces might go through each other if they aren't set up for your joints..
