View Full Version : HardFx+Motion Mixer with SubD Object???

Hello to all,

I have a mask object with endomorphs.

I'm trying to do an anim where the mask falls and bounces on the floor and changes facial expression (with the use of morph mixer).

I've been able to get the mask to drop and colide with the floor thanks to HardFX. And using Morph Mixer is a no brainer.

Here is where it gets wierd:

to get a good deformation on the facial expression I set the subd level of the mask to after motion. But when I do that the HardFX is not taken into account. I only see the control points moving but not the mesh.

If I save out the motion and reapply it I get no morph mixer.

Anyone have the proper workflow for such a task?
