I am finding it a problem animating with the IKBooster. I know i can only move the bones when IKBooster it on (I think) and if that is true how do i save the animation?

My advice (for the moment) would be to learn the standard IK before trying to learn IKBooster.

When I say standard IK I mean the non IKBooster way of rigging.
Its very simple. I can probably say that if cant rig without IKB you wont have a very good time trying to figure out IKB. :)

Still saving up for LW 8, but I already have Motionbuilder 5.1. Don't want to learn two systems unless they will compliment each other. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I use motionbuilder with lw8. At the moment,... LW is pretty much a renderer and dynamics engine for me. But that is mainly with character animation. For everything else,.. lw8 is great. Esp. with fprime :-)

I was thinking today that it was stupid of me to say that I was interested in just learning one rigging solution. I should probably learn as many as possible so I know what works best for any situation that may be required. Duh...:rolleyes:

I pretty much use LW for character animating
Ive yet to run across something I couldnt do with it. :)
