View Full Version : making view ports controll seperatly

Hi guys, im just starting to work in Lightwave, I have 2 question about the modeler, 1st is for the viewports, is there a way that i can have them all controll sepratly? Meaning if i move the perspective it wouldn't change the other view ports.

2nd when i extrude a polygon i have notice that all of my polygons are facing inside, i have to flip them just so i can have them facing me. Is there a way to have extruded polygons face outside instead of inside?

If anyone could help me i would appreciate it. Oh and im also working with Lightwave 7.

Each viewport can be configured separately. Go to your display (d) and the Viewports tab and set each one as you wish. I always set the Perspective independent of all other views.

Extruding depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Sometimes that just what you need to do, flip polygons. No big thing.
