In Lightwave [7.5] Modeller, how do you put an image into the background so you can model over it. Thank you.

press d, this brings up the display options panel. click on the backdrop tab. pick window you want it to display in, load image.

read manual.

To add to pdrake's response, also get Dan Ablan's Inside [7] book. There's plenty of tut's involving using reference background images.

But, the LW manual should still be your first resource.

Thanks you guys. Yeah, the manual would be nice, unfortunatelly, my teacher seemed to have lost hers (kinda hard, huh, they're so big?) so if anyone happens to have one on the computer somehow??
