Got new Xeon box, need VRM

Greetings!!!
I just got my new Xeon box for Lightwave 3D work. I'm going over some upgrades for it. To add the second 2.4gig CPU I need a VRM, any idea where I could find a vrm made for e7505 chipset?
I find info on VRM but none saying which CPUs they are for.

Or would it be best to focus on RAM currently its a low a 256 running XP.

i'd definitely get the RAM first before the second cpu. at 256 that's barely enough to run XP let alone Lightwave. i'd recommend a gig myself. that's what i run and it's nice to have it in case you need it. and might as well get it once and for all.

as far as buying cpus for a dual system.. it's best to buy them both at once to make sure they match perfectly and when you do so, they're usually from the same batch which is even better.
