Have you had a look at FI's SklReader plugin (Intel only) - it comes with a thing called "Schematic Tree" which will reorder your schematic view based on the heirarchy of the objects. Huge timesaver.

Just do a search for Layout plugins and it's there in the list somewhere ;)

No, the plugin is called SklReader -when you install it, it has a couple of different 'modules', one of which is called SchematicTree.
