I don't want to appear impatient but I also don't want to take the chance that I've been overlooked

I suppose I'll call them if I don't receive 8 by Friday.

When mail costs 12 cents to mail (yes, I remember those days:) ) mail got cross country in no more than 4 days (unless it was actually lost), so now that it costs 37 cents it should be here within 2 days...correct????;)

So start calling Friday

37 cents I thought it was 39 cents. I think someone has been over charging me for stamps.

39?
Crap......no wonder everyone I write gets mad:D

Then for 39 cents, mail should go even faster....

I think you are right 37 cents, at least that is what it says on the stamp...

I just received mine today (Friday 30th). I also just found my first big bug after spending a few minutes in Modeler. LOL

Anyway, I would give them until Monday or Tuesday as they were supposedly mailing out most late this week.

I am kinda glad I had to wait a little longer than some - it appears that my CD's are pressed!

:D

You may be being overcharged... I went to get a book o' stamps at Mailboxes Etc (now the UPS Store, i think) and they were marking up the book over $1 - I asked why, they said they needed to make money on them too. Gee, I thought (but didn't say) "I can go across the street to Safeway, and THEY won't mark up the stamps."

Of course that particular branch I had a suspicion they were weighting their scales too... but never went back to test them with a known package. Later moved out of the area and it became a moot point.

Pony Express used to be faster -- but the ponies are older now. :-)

I'm probably near the bottom of the barrel because I accidentally ordered LW 7.5 instead of 8 and had to call customer service and get it straightened out. As a result, I didn't get my UV Edit Pro email until Thursday (April 29).

I received my LW8 upgrade yesterday (April 30), though, so I think anyone who hasn't received theirs should be getting it very shortly. If you haven't gotten it by Monday, you should probably call.
