Just wondering if anyone would share their sound editing experiences when creating an animation.
What programs were used, problems overcome etc.? General tips, sticky problems, anything would be helpful... Thanks!

If you are talking about lip-synching in Lightwave, then I can throw in my two cents. In the past, I've used Magpie Pro to animate the face of a character and it has worked extremely well. They have a newer version of the program, but I haven't had the opportunity to use it on a job yet.
In Lightwave, itself, I can load a WAV file and animate to it with realtime feedback. You just need to load a standin object without all the extraneous polygons.
But, if you want to buy a program, I would recommend Magpie Pro. It is a standalone program which imports lightwave obects, allows you to do your lip synching, then exports a scene file.
