I wouldn't be too sure about that. There's...........um.........there's........I know, there is the new computer I bought..........um........for Lightwave. There is the Wacom tablet..........strike that. I got that for Lightwave. I know, I know.....there is FPrime. Wait a minute, that's a plugin for Lightwave.

OK. I give. You are right. :D

Well of course! There's DFX or After Effects, BodyPaint or Photoshop, MotionBuilder, SpiderX. Enough for now.

actually there is... I discovered that when I held my son in my arms for the very first time. I wouln't trade that for any version of LW, EVER!

If you are too young to responsably have kids now, you will remember this post later in your life;)

I've gotta agree with anieves. My wife and I just learned we have been matched with a little girl in China to adopt...thoughts of LW went right out the window.

Ok, you two parents, if your kids are way cooler then why are you on the forum??? :)

I've been kicking around in AE alot lately, but I also have to dip into to lightwave occasionally. The main thing I'm missing (though I haven't used it yet, funny how that works), is the bone-dynamics function of LW8.

Stop spreading malicious lies on this forum. Don't you know the chemicals in this 'fresh air' of which you speak? Foul fumes!!!

Irene, humm not bad ( a bit young, I prefer Mature girls...)... my wife's too cool too !!

Actually, as the oldest parent...

Philippe 17 (turning 18 in 2 months)
Isabelle 16.... ouch... ( a " Be Very Careful Period")

One word... for young parents : enjoy it right now... it wont last ....:D ;)

"We must remember there are many more important things, many more important things . . . off hand, I can't think of what they are, but I'm sure there must be something." - Newscaster, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory

Any excuse to post a Willy Wonka quote :D

Personally, I always prefer quotes from 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory'. Hated the film....loved the original Roald Dahl book. It's about time they let someone like Tim Burton remake it the way it should have been done :D

Gee, now I'm starting to feel a little guilty about selling my two kids to get the money for the 8 upgrade.

Oh well, the cash is spent!
