I've just been reading up on Keanu Reeves acting future, looks like he's playing Bob Arctor in an upcoming animated film, to be released in 2005, called "A Scanner Darkly." It will supposedly be filmed in live action and then animated. What I wanted to know was... who's animating it, and what software are they using? If anyone knows anything about it, please post it, so relieve my curiosity. :)

Oops.. I meant to add this...

If Linklater is directing then we can assume he'd use the same artists and techniques he used on "Waking Life"

Who's animating Keanu Reeves?

Don't know the answer to that, probably 'Jim Hensons Creature Shop'. I think they wired up his moves for the Matrix series and I'm almost certain some of the Thunderbird guys were pulling the strings on Speed.

As for his appearance in Bram Stokers Dracula, well, there's little left to say but...

PURE MUPPETRY.

Dude :D

I guess I assumed this but maybe it needs to be a question...

Will the movie be in 3D or 2D/anime style?
