Here's some pics of our favorite east coast sales babe from a small Project she did for me last year...It pays to live in Texas...
Thanks Irene...

Ah,

Now I get the the 'Irene this, Irene that' posts over the last few months.

'Very attractive lady' - TSpryson

Now that's an understatement if ever I read one. :p

Huh. I was confused because I've met and talked with Irene a couple of times, and those first pics don't look anything like her. Pretty lady...

Amazing what hair colour and a different make-up look can do isn't it?
Not that there was anything to do to improve her that is :D

I believe the correct expression is "ShhhWiinng!" ;)

She's babe-tastic!

I suppose it's an alternative view on the term 'Lightwave model'.

Was it Irene that did a stint presenting at NAB last year?

Along with the back, front, right, left, top, bottom, perspective, (schematic if in Layout) views, they should have the Irene view. ;)

She's probably enjoying all this.

Are those green screen shots really Irene King? I'm with DigiLusionist, I don't think it looks like her that much, at least going off other pictures I've seen of her.

Just looking at the images should tell you. The chin in particular is the same as are the thumbs. It's the same girl just different hair color and make up. Amazing how it can change your look. :)

I'll take Irene any day. And upon further review, I think that is her. Nose is the same, same slight upturn on the upper left side of her mouth when she smiles. Different hair color and makeup can really alter someone's appearance. EIther way, she's a babe!

I'm with DigiLusionist... It doesn't look like the same person. If it is, the original picture wasn't from last year... more like 5 or more. The hairlines look too different (more forehead on King vs. Green)... eyes and eyebrows too.

Both are very attractive, but I bet you guys wouldn't look twice if they worked at McDonald's...

...and buttering up Irene will not get you LW8 any faster ;)

"hairlines look too different (more forehead on King vs. Green)..."- dmg3d.

What

Since when did women suffer from receding hair lines?

I have no reason to doubt TexasRiguez's initial comment that the pictures were taken last year, It's times like this I wish I'd stuck with stills photography.

Frankly, I'd be more than happy to take either version home to meet Mom:p

mattclary
04-05-2004, 08:42 AM
Like I said, look at the shape of the nose, the shape the lips take when she smiles, look at tht jawline. Hairstyles can be deceiving, but you can't change facial features.

The pic in the car looks like she has almost NO makeup on (and still looks awesome), in the green pics, she has it on quite heavily.

So I guess we have a new "great debate":

1. PC vs. Mac
2. LightWave vs. Max
3. Irene vs. Green

:)

So..... how much software do you want to buy today?
Yes, this is Irene King totally macked out by our Makeup Artist. No wig here, and not much makeup except for the eyes. Just streaks in her hair. For positive ID note the Piercing at the bellybutton and refer to earlier images posted! look closely for the telltale pearl.....You were dead on with the chin reference, her striking features are easly enhanced with a good makeup artist. Observation ya'll. She will be at NAB this month...

Hello Everyone!

Dude, my WIFE is impressed, and she ain't easily impressed.

Some people just have a magnetism about them, plus the lovely Irene is "close to home" in that we all have LightWave in common.

If you posted random pics of hot chicks here, doub't you'd get the same response.

Yeah, spot on Matt.
It's not only that she is beautiful, but she has that certain 'IT' factor which draws you in. It's one of those things that is inescapable, regardless of the gender, it is always noticable.

My wife and I often comment on the 'IT' people, not folks who are wannabes but they jsut have, for want of a better word, an aura about them. Hey - see, I used a Newtek term - see .... this post IS on topic! :p

It´s refreshing to see a long thread not related to L8, for a change.

Welcome back to the attention to details series featuring iRENE on green. Our favorite Macintosh accessory. Well, not really, But Sounds right, ie: iPOD, iCHAT, iSIGHT, iRENE, etc....Not that Steve Jobs had ANYTHING to do with her outstanding design....OK, Refer to earlier imagery and the required ICE acoutraments, and revisit DV Garages atention to detail series whose DV Matte plug-in was used to composite the green screen backrounds. Video was BetaCam by the way, not DV. I just got DV Matte pro from the guys at DV Garage, but i've yet to use it. oh yea, in After Effects, I have Digital Fusion, along with my awaited LW 8 upgrade, but i've yet to use it. No e-mail anouncements either....But then i'm 15min. from Newteks door and I can always drop in and etc........
