I just recently tried Poser 5 and....I really didn't like it. Either because I didn't understand it or what not, I just didn't like it... lol Then came my question, the way you animate in Poser, is it the same intensity in Lightwave, or a bit eisier?

Depends on how you define "easier".

If you mean jumping right into the app, and start moving joints around, then no - you have to create, setup and rig your character first.

You can forinstans purchase Auto Character Setup or download other free rig setup plug-ins, wich will let you get to the point -animation - alot faster.

But overall Lightwave (or any other REAL 3D app) is easier and much more fleksible on the LONG run as you can costuimize, tweak and do almost everything. Stuff that apps like Poser can only dream of.

I also have POSER 5 and it is nowhere close to Lightwave. However Poser does get you up a running immediately with quality rendered Characters. Good for Print and web. You can make easy money on Poser though.
