Hey everyone,
Here's the mascot "Max D." of the monster truck "Maximum Destruction". I'm using him and another mascot in an animation for my employer. Modeled and rendered in Lightwave. Just wanted to get some opinions. Thanks in advance.

I like the low angle one which shows a better facial expression. The 2nd one couldn't give me the same feeling, the angry face turned into a shocked face.... may be there's something wrong with the cheek or brow which make the eyes looking round from the front.

Ya, I agree wht Bona said, first image show the eye in more triangle shape which make it more angry face  which the 2nd image don't. Also make it look like a small model from top angle.

Anyway, I like the design and the body surfaces...specialy the see through metal effect. GREAT!!!

Thanks for the comments guys. I totally agree that the lower angle is a much better shot then the top view. After veljko's request to see the entire character, I guess that was my initial pose to show. Thanks again for the comments.

Try putting it in a scene so it doesn't look like a model. What is the other one? And who is your employer??

Here is the other character from the flic "Grim." This guy is going to be a bit touch to animate (with his cloak and all that) so waiting anxiously for the LW8 release with the new cloth simulators. Tried with MD, but wasn't getting the results I wanted.
