Which it is the guideline of the angles in LW?
Please you can indicate in which case I find myself to me?

No. 1 in theory.
LW uses the normal method of counting ie clockwise when looking from the +ve Z direction.

So in modeler, looking at the *front* view, +90 degrees is to the right.

Unfortunately, the way LW & modeler are set up, means that most people treat the -Z axis as the front view, so they end up looking at the Back view with their object facing -Z making the angle system look reversed ie anti-clockwise.

It can be confusing.

Layout is the same. The default setup has you looking at +z, so the angle system is again reversed. This is reinforced by the way the mouse is used to rotate an object. IE in the wrong direction, so rotating an object to the right results in a -90 degree turn.

If you are thinking about angles of incidence, then things are different. 0 degrees is straight towards the eye, and 90 degrees is at right angles to your point of view.
