Just saw this website...

http://www.osnews.com/story.php?news_id=6086

It says on Wed, Feb 18 Apple "seeded" developers with a pre-release version of 10.3.3.

I'm not a software developer, does this mean 10.3.3 is coming fairly soon?

After all, I hear it will solve lots of our problems.

Software developers distribute "pre-release" versions of their software to registered beta users (or, in the case of an operating system, developers) to test the system with their products to determine if the system is functional with that product. This is "seeding" and it usually is a precursor to a public release, but there is no fixed schedule on the release, it depends on the feedback from the developers. If there are lots of new problems, there is another round of bug-fixes and a new "seed" release. And so on, until either the product is bug-free, or the bugs are minor enough to allow a general release to the public.

10.3.3 is supposed to have updated OpenGL routines, which will end the crashing of the graph editor.

I think OS 10.3.3 will be released to the public pretty soon.

I'm sure Newtek has the pre-release "seed" version and is testing Lightwave 8 on it as we speak!
