hi guys,

my name is Antonio and I'm a very novice man about the power of the LSCRIPT. I would like to submit you this problem.
I have two null objects (N1 and N2).

I want to move N2, by a function in the lscript, moving N1.

I think that the solution is to get the ID or the HANDLE of the objects, but I do not know how to get them.
See the attached file for more details
Could you help me, please?

Thank You very much.

In a master script:

For expression like scripts use an animation script not a master script.

Thank you very much.
Your help has been very usefull.

I wrote my previous post because I would like to create a script like Biped in 3d Studio Max (I think you know it).

In my opinion I am very close to do it, but what I still need is to determine the coordinates of a point knowing the distance and the angle from another point. (Something like the Autolisp function Polar() in AutoCad)

Of course, if you know that something like Biped has been already created, I will appreciate very much if you would be so kind to let me know it.

I am writing from Italy. Where are you from?
You know, to explain something thecnical in a different languace sometime is very hard.

Thank you again for your help.

It's all in the docs

d=vmag(extent(v1, v2));

info(angle(pnt1,pnt2,X)) // return angle in the YZ plane

I'm from germany, btw...
