There are 3 ways to render a wireframe style image in Lightwave (Layout). None of them are very good.

1. Select wireframe in the surface editor
This generates a fast rendering wireframe of your full mesh. Great with speed, but has no options. You can't select "front face only". If front face can be selected in OpenGL view, there's no reason we can't have it in the render options.

2. In the advanced surface settingsOnce again, this offers no options. You get the full wireframe, double sided. The difference here is that you can apply a surface to it. No front face option.

3. In the object properties panel, under the 'Edges' tab This is where you can create a front face wireframe render. But it takes all day. All day to render. Lightwave gets completely bogged down rendering transparent polygons, even when there are no transparent polygons. Unlike the other options that have color, here you can only select one color for your entire mesh.

What we need is a fast rendering wireframe option where you can select the front face option. Often clients want a wireframe view, but Lightwave doesn't have the required options.

Front-face would be nice.

need another in modeler too
a texture wireframe (like UV EditPro) so we can get those textures just right by being able to see what poly is connected to bad spot without hunting and pecking.
