I tried to make this classical 3D exercice as good and original as possible.

The glass is nice!
It could use a higher AA setting?

What looks a bit strange are those clearer spots in the bottom of the cup (not the tail, or base), they look as if you rendered using Mental Ray and a poor setting for caustics, you can see the "photons".... also some blotches in image are seen, I had some problems once with transparent surfaces, you know, the material-air-material or air-material-air refraction, so, I did the air surface a bit bigger than the glass surface, like 1.003 times bigger, in order to give the render engine chance to distinguish what's glass and what's air, in that way I could eliminate some ugly triangles that appeared in my image, result of a confusion by the render engine.

Nice glass, I like the etching (is it the right word?). The wine seems a little strange, though. It it be champagne, the bubbles would be smaller, and would form tiny vertical collumns. Some would cling to the glass, too.
you can check

But there are many types of sparkling wines. So I guess your bubbles are ok.
Nice work!

Ok, thanks for your comments, and also for the bubbles!!!
I've added some caustics, and it's true that the bump texture isn't smoothed enough.
