Im trying to make this expression return the value of Nulls X position one frame before the current:

[Null.Poition.X,Frame-1]

This sould work according to the expressionbuilder description. But it returns an error:

Error in time argument.

[Null.Position.X,>>>Frame-1<<<]

What am I doing wrong?

try separating the two, as in:

Frame - 1

instead of Frame-1

in lscript this is the behavior. maybe it's the same with expressions.

Thanks faulknermano. That worked. Boy do I feel stupid.
But how come it needs the spaces on each side of the minus sign?
Doesn't lscript ignore all spaces?

it's okay, dont feel stupid.. it's not a common thing compared to other languages. it's the way, according to bob, the way he programmed lscript. it's somehow, according to him, very deeply nested. it's like in the foundations or something. needless to say, it's the way lscript works. i dont know why it goes and applies to expressions though.
