Hi all,

I'm a newbie to 3D and have heard much great about LW.

Just starting out with basic tutorials and I am trying the rotate function (y) and can't get things to rotate except around the zero axis unless I use (n) and change the point manually.

Is there a way to pick the pivot point with the mouse?

Thanks for the help!

press simultaneously ctrl-shift-rmb then choose what you wish from action center. This is also available in the bottom of modeller, atleast I think it is.

Also you would have found this info also from the manual...

Ahh... Action Center. (I have it as CTRL-SHIFT-LMB and then chose Action Center)

Thanks. I was trying to look this up under "Pivot" and I don't have any direct friends who use Lightwave to ask.

I appreciate the help, Sheidi!
