I have a friend that was possibly interested in purchasing pre-built models. Specifically vehicles but not limited to. Is there any companies or packages out there that I can look into for a relatively inexpensive pirce. All he would need is the models, no textures, surfaces, lights, etc.

Thanks for your time

Expense depends on detail involved.

But look before buying as some models made in other programs are not LW 'friendly?'

All polys are trippled, UV won't transfer correctly (tho your not looking for that right now), animation points may not be correct for LW

Just something to look for.

Sometimes, remaking the model LW friendly is harder (ie; more tedious) than making object yourself.

With that said, any 3D site will have models for sale (some free) or will provide links for them.

Start with Flay.com and follow the list of links.

rakennedy75,

Try this. Good models and LWO format. Come with all the textures and look really good. I bought a Suburban model from them and have used it alot.

The best Lightwave vehicle models I have ever seen are made by Lewis, they are at 3D02.com

and they're a really good price too.
