I just came across this at Cgchannel, and was drawn to tears even though I didn't know the guy.

It seems we have all lost a brother, and in such a painful manner. I was hoping that all of us could take a moment and reflect on this in your own way, since it seems like such a loss across the board, both professionally and for his family and friends. This could be any one of us or anybody that we know. Count your blessing...

thanks to Cgchannel for being more than just another 3D site...

That was sad. I wish his family all the best.

Life is short. Play hard.

Cheers,

Some people, like Todd, get a hideous illness through no fault of their own. It's not something you'd wish on anyone.

Some other people are blessed with good health, but don't appreciate it. They don't look after themselves. They smoke. They eat badly.

I've seen people smoking outside of hospitals, wearing their hospital gowns, holding their fluid drips. I think... "why do you want to go through something like this?"

If you're someone who's blessed with good health, appreciate it. A hideous illness or cancer is not something you would want to go through.

we're here for such a short amount of time and some for even less...we should all try and do our best while we're here.
I't easy to knock people..much harder to give 'em a pat on the back..but worth the effort and it'll pay you back in the long run i think.

his work is really nice and a tribute to his time he had here.

we should all reflect on what we're here for and what we would like to be remembered for.
