Searching the net regarding vram and GPU rendering.

Info is always the same:
"it's for storing textures, geometry, ... in the GPU"
But no real life figures.

Do you have recommendations about what vram amount when shopping for new GPU cards?

Not something like "when scenes are complex you need more vram".

But something about your real scenes and how much vram they really needed?
Scenes that failed because of not enough vram?

if it is allowd here, can also be about Cycles, Redshift etc. and not only Octane.
