Yes, this is a very interesting time with all these technologies merging. This also seems right up Vizrt's alley too. No doubt this will be the wave of the future, but I wonder how far it will go. Other stations will be soon to follow and news casters will become more like actors. It is mixing theater, special effects, and news into one. Maybe once it goes far enough, people will say they just want a weatherman to give the weather and no need for all the effects.

At risk of stating obvious, this is not limited to newscasters or the weather, and is quite exciting where it could go. Hope LW license doesn't change though. :)

As has been done with so many things over the decades, this'll get over used & run into the ground too.
