A happy NY to all,

Have a job next week were all the projection screens are round.
I need to make a circle mask and use the DSK to cut the 3:4 raster.

I would of thought aura would be the solution but I cant get just the video inside the circle.

Think I killed too many brain cells over xmas, any help appreciated.

"I killed too many brain cells over xmas."

Sorted that out

what I'm left with now is this white line daround the mask?

considereing I only worked with black were did it come from and how would i get rid of it, or should I not use aura in the first instance.

Depending on how you made the mask, you can get fringing around the edges. Like for instance a TGA created in Photoshop with an Alpha Channel will have white fringing unless you put a black visible background behind it (the black background will not key because of the shape of the Alpha channel). Not sure if this is the problem for you. Use PNG if possible.

Another thing to try is adjusting your key settings and especially CHOKE and Softness.

Lastly, you might try a slightly softened (blured) edge on your circle so it will not key so sharp.
