View Full Version : Ancient plugin... D-Storm's UV Edit Pro

So I was going through some old documents and license info, and discovered that years ago as part of some upgrade offer/ free gift, Newtek gave me a license for dstorm's UV Edit Pro. Just before LW8 was released I think.
I'd forgotten all about it. I don't remember ever using it much.
I'll probably never need to use it.

But my obsessive compulsive tendencies are nagging me because I don't have a copy of the plugin saved on my computer.

I don't suppose any other long-time wavers have a copy of it stashed away somewhere..?

This thing ? Would you like it (but I think you need your own serial number) ? :)

Yes, TheLexx, that's it!

And yes, I do have my own serial number. It was included on the print out of the email I discovered this morning.

I can PM you an email address if you don't mind sharing...

Just did some scratching around my registration documents and hard drives and found I have this plugin too. It was a bonus from Newtek when I pre-ordered LW 8.0. If you need instrauctions on how to use it, assuming you manage to get it working, the PDF manual can still be downloaded from Newtek's ftp site:

I suspect it needs an early version of LW to work or at least a 32-bit version, so I doubt if it will run in LW2018 / LW2019. I'll have to give it a try tomorrow. I do still have LW 11 installed, so who knows :)

Cheers Kevin, thats the same plugin I was looking for, until Lexx helped me out.
I need a proper look at it, see if it has any functionality that PLG and LW's own updated UV tools haven't covered yet.
