View Full Version : It is possible ot use particle Emitter with bullet?

i try to figure how it is possible to generate colliding meshes from an emitter source and using the Bullet system instead of the legacy particle system.

My goal is to create with ease things similar to spray, rain , snow, bubbles sand blast etc...
I need to be able to spray any kind of meshes (objects) and on the fly and colliding with the bullet system.

So i imagine something very easy like the cloner in C4D.
I think it should be simple like this:
1-Add one mesh object to the layout and set it as Rigid or Soft Body for example.
2-Create a null object and set an emitting property.
3-In the emitter choose the mesh object you want to spray and how many clones you want.
4-Press play and see as many mesh objects spraying and colliding between them and for example fill a bowl full of fruits....

I wait for this feature since so looong...

Someone have an idea?

Thanks :)

The PFX Emitter can emit "partigons", that can be linked to meshes but I'm not sure that's what you want.

It is possible to use Bullet in combination with the Instance Generator?

For example if i build a wall made of instances can i detroy it with a colliding object?

Maybe a future feature to add ;)
