Are there any training materials for Fiber FX, besides the William Vaughan videos from 9.6?

I'm getting awfully tired of poking around with this black box plugin, and would like to learn more about how to actually effectively use it. Yes, the docs do help alleviate some of the lack of information but it's not like someone who actually knows how to use showing how to get effect fur coverage, or how to achieve certain effects with it...

And the sad part is, it's the only fur and fiber game in Lightwave town, so for about half of what I do, I've got to use it and take the hit in time finding out how things work.

I've learned a lot about the thing, but it still remains a black art in usage...

You may already be above the standard but Adam Gibson did a tutorial around a year ago.

Couldn't help but notice this link on that same page (not really the kind of models you'd put hair on though):

As for topic-related stuff, there might be some useful info in these tutorials:

Might just be me, but the examples shown in the ad don't exactly sell me on the tutorial.

Understatedly well put jwiede, but I just assumed Adam has a thing for punk rock haircuts, or a dash of Vidal Sassoon (!).

Well it is a "getting started" guide. :)

Anyone who's already purchased it care to comment on what all it covers, and how well?

What we really need to do is put together a Kickstarter to fund getting Greenlaw to dump all his FFX knowledge into tutorial form.
