My company may need the tracking and rotoscoping package called Boujou.

I just wondered if anyone here has experience with it?

IF so what is the policy on the rent to own situation?

I know the 800x600 version is $5000 and the Film resolution version in like$10000. We only need teh 800x600 so was wondering what they charge for the rentals.

The maker of teh program demo'd it for me at my office but I didn't get any rental to own pricing info from him.

Thanks for any info in advance.

You might wanna check out Synth Eyes @ http://www.ssontech.com/index.html - it's supposedly better than Boujou (!) and retails for only $350 (!!) There's a demo available for download too (!!!)

i would highly recommend synth eyes as well, this is going to make the other camera tracking software re-evaluate their pricing.... :)

I purchased a SynthEyes license yesterday.

I haven't worked with it that much yet, but enough to know that it is an awesome program.

Have a look at it before you decide to buy anything else!

Russ Andersson (the author) also seems to be a really nice and supportive guy!
