Hi

I am looking for a way to send display 2 (or 3 or 4 i guesss!) via NDI even though the second screen does not 'exist'

For example a PC running PowerPoint and I want to only have one physical monitor as the other presenter view is remote via a NDI connection. To get PP giving the presenter view I need it to think the second screen is there and need it available to send via NDI rather than just the slide output...

Something like this is getting close on the virtual second display!

Thanks

You might try using a $10 USB-VGA adapter to create a second screen.

Yes, go on Amazon and search "Headless DVI" or "Headless HDMI" for instance, there are cheap dongles you plug into computer to make it think another display is connected.

Thanks

THIS. This is exactly what I'm looking for.

I don't necessarily want to populate the ports with Dummy Displays to get the result.

Also, I believe you can create virtual displays beyond the number of physical output connectors.

This would automatically allow NDI Compatibility with any multi-monitor extended desktop style applications.
