Is there a way to export objects from 2018 into 2015 and earlier format (not LW5)?

Seems to me that would be a good thing to have.

Allows previous versions of LightWave to load object files the were saved from LightWave 2018.

Updated to support OTAG data, read the Read Me file for more details.

In Modeler's Save>Export menu there is a command to export LWO2 (LW2015)

yeah, unfortunately it blitzes materials.

I didnt see LWO2...ill look again. I dont expect the new materials to transfer over...Need it more for import into blender, which doesnt load in the new ones.

There may be confusion. The link previously posted was to a haystack of tools (nothing in particular) and any Blender plugins were not immediately apparent.

In Modeler's Save>Export menu there is a command to export LWO2 (LW2015)
You need to do this to export into 3D Coat (currently)
