Hey everybody,

After about 2 years of research, asking dumb questions, and a lot of trail by error, I think I've finally learned enough about FiberFx and Dynamic hair to start using them on my projects. One small hurdle I've run into is something somebody called a postMultiply by alpha issue. I'm using a Victoria 4 character from DAZ. They use an Alpha map on the transparency channel to do the eye lashes. As you can see in the picture below, when the eye lash and the FiberFx hair meet, there is a white splotch (or whatever color is directly behind the hair) that blocks the FiberFx hair. I'm looking into several different ways to correct this in POST, but that might end up being very labor intensive.

Now, I'm still using LW 2015. Not sure I'll have the money to get 2018 before the price goes up, but I wanted to ask if they think the improved FiberFx would fix this problem.

Thanks in advance,
