View Full Version : Unable to upgrade to LW2018 (website issue)

Hey all, I just tried to log into my Lightwave3d.com account only to be told my username and/or password is incorrect. I reset the password and am still getting the same error. Anyone else having a problem getting into their account? I just want to make sure this isn't a known issue with a simple fix before I run it through support.

Details:
I tried both Chrome and Internet Explorer on Windows 10. In Chrome I used LastPass, on IE I copied and pasted the info.

I had a problem like that before xmas. I was using my mail as a login, which was incorrect. CUstomer support gave me the right thing to do in no time.

Thanks, I didn't even know I had a separate user name. I thought my email address was my user name.

*edit* I just had them send me my user name and it still isn't letting me in... Guess I'm contacting support. Thanks for the help CaptainMarlowe.
