I don't use Layout all that much any more. Can someone remind me why I'm not seeing any representation of (unselected) Point lights in the main 3d ui? Their eyeball IS active.
Tnx.

Open Scene Editor,
and check 2nd column from the left,
it's controlling whether item is visible or not.
Light is not visible if you don't see large black dot in this column,
and it's visible in viewport, if you see large black dot.

"Their eyeball IS active." ::sigh:: As you can see in #1, I've already checked that.

But first you need to know what "eyeball" word means.. ;)
If you would say "I checked Scene Editor, visibility flag is turned on", I would understand that you checked it.
Never mind.

How about scale of your scene?
If we will start zooming out viewport (fresh new made scene), after reaching a long enough distance, everything disappears.
After going to Preferences, Fixed Near Clip and adjusting it, objects are appearing (but that depends on value on the right side of Fixed Near Clip control, default is 100mm).

We should start from which LW version you're using.. Different versions might behave slightly differently.
Make screen-shot, attach scene for reproduction, as always.
