Hey guys,
I am working on motion graphic project that requires heavy use of the spline path.
But for some reason the geometry is pinching on some of the sides.
Any advice?

You can select all the Nulls / Nodes that comprise the Spline in the Scene Editor, bring up the Motion panel ("m"), go to the Controllers and Limits tab and set all the nodes to be "Spline Control" on the Heading, Pitch and Bank Controllers. This causes them to align to the Spline so you don't get the flips (in this case, Bank flips causing the "pinching").

Note that you DON'T want to set the nodes to "Spline Control" on the parent object in the pulldown above - that really convolutes the path. Use the Heading Controller, Pitch Controller and Bank Controller in the Controllers and Limits tab below.
