Hello,
I need help for a tracking sequence under After Effect.
I realized the tracking with Camera Tracker from The Foundry in AE and it works well.
The sequence begins at an altitude X of the ground and ends at an altitude Y.
I select the camera created in AE and I export it with the plugins LW.
The camera arrives in the Layout without any problem.
My worry is the position of the camera in Y and the scale of the scene.
How can these coordinates be good?
Thank you in advance

If you can get the true distance between tracking points, or know the actual distance the camera moves and its height, etc., then after importing camera track data and some tracking point nulls from AE, parent these all to a new master null created in LW. Now you can scale and rotate the master null until the tracked data matches the known measurements, and it will retain correct proportions for the track.

Have you tried AE3DExport? I'm not an AE user, but searching Google and taking a brief look at the .jsx script it seems to export the keyframes from AE to a LW scene file, which would include the Y position. It appears the newest version is available here:

Good luck!

Can't find my notes at the moment but seem to recall that 100 AE "units" equals 1 LW meter if that becomes a factor.
