Hi all,
Here's a new character i made during last week's evenings (~7 nights). Rendered in Lightwave, hair made with help of sasquatch... Lighting was made with one area light and one bounce radiosity on quite low quality setting and a few lights for hair etc.
That's all for now, i'll post other renders later.
C+C welcome.

Very Elegant. I hate criticising people who are clkearly better than me, but perhaps reduce the shine above the top lip and down the nose a tad?

Gorgeous!

The neck and ears appear have considerably more red. You could argue makeup, but I think they need to be closer in color range.
That's all I could say to change.

I look forward to any wires and, of course, some movement. Closeups of the eyes would be nice. Are the eyebrows mapped or modeled (or Sas)?

That is really something! I really like the hair and the eyes. Two thumbs up.

Hi all and thanks for c+c! i made some fresh renders while having short christmas break from work :)
There's now a body and fix morphs that are controlled by bones, so everything is somewhat automated. There are about 30 morphs right now for leg and arms.
No post processing (except color correction) of any kind is made for these still images.
Here's a thumbnail gallery of nude renders, bit censored in case someone finds nudity offensive or something... Links to fullsized images are below this thumbnail image.

This looks really nice. Would you mind sharing with us how you rigged the shoulders?

She's pretty hot:D

Due to the fantastic modeling and rigging:eek:

The breasts are very shapely while accurate and the skin looks very soft and human like.:)

Now give her long, wild, sexy hair:D

Wow - now could you please model, render and rig a slim Swedish blonde.

Thanks in advance!

Adrian.

P.S. Awesome work.

Great!

Could you post some rigging info? Like bone placement, etc. The shoulder/armpit area looks very nice. Have you used joint deformation?

Sweet work, the hair on her head has a different cast to her pubic hair.

Hi all,
Had some free time to work (again) on this model last night and made a few tests with teeth material and morph targets.

(EDIT, Removed as i uploaded new version :))

Sorry, but this seems a step back for me - I don't like the purple hair tint, and it looks as if she has a torch in her mouth?

Very unnatural I think. She looks like one of the Joker's cronies now.:p

The teeth and the lips look like their backlit. Is there a light in the mouth or maybe a light shining hrough the back of the head?
Solve this, and it may look more natural.

Absolutely stunning work. Bravo! :)

It's stuff like this that keeps me awake at night, with a voice in my head, repeating... "Buy sasquatch... Buy sasquatch...".

knuckles: Grr that damn joker comment got me working on this bit more.. Dunno if it was so constructive critique though! :(
Maybe you could quickly liquify & paint over in ps to fix most obvious flaws? :)

Well.. Anyway, i tried to make fixed version..Not sure if it's to any better..used a few reference photos etc.
Zarathustra: You were correct, it was actually backlit (i thought i had excluded that light for teeth + other mouth stuff). That back rim light was raytraced shadow but still some light leaked through the head even that there's mouth inside and it should be well closed volume.. Hmph. Well. I tried to do some tricks with luminosity and shadows. Imo it looks bit better now? Maybe not. It's too late already.

Yeah, she looks a lot better.
I've run into the same problem. I don't understand it either. Oh well, it seems you've fixed it.

Much better than your last post. I'm speaking of the teeth and shadows specifically. Good job! It's much more realistic now.

Sorry if that was taken the wrong way...it looks a ton better now.:) Good job.

Hello again,
Here's slightly altered version, one friend pointed out that eyebrows could be raised bit more in that smile morph... Well, here's a fixed render. I also made a fix layer to texture; Just slightly darker makeup in eye edges and slightly thicker eyelashes (about 0.2mm).

Hi-
This is all tottaly kick *** high quality work!

Great asian beauty:)

It all still looks rendered to me, but I dont view that as a problem-

In my entire lw-pic-viewing time i only found one head render that looked "real" to me-
I can post it if someone wants-

anyways, great work!
Love the style and the modelling!
Great head, great body! (hmmm..really great body:), remindes me of this girl I was with last night...or was it a dream?...now im rambling on...i better..stop.

indeed, the asian beauty looks great
keep up the good work, though I think the area of improvement is getting smaller by each post you make.
;)

I once found this website:
http://www.stevengiesler.com/matrix.html

this is about the most realistic ive ever seen.
