I'm forced to work with Blender at the moment and can't find anything like the Skew tool in LightWave, seems like a fairly reasonable modeling operation to have been left out of Blender, do they have an equivalent?

https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/modeling/meshes/editing/transform/shear.html

Mode: Object and Edit Modes
Menu: Object/Mesh/Curve/Surface ‣ Transform ‣ Shear
Hotkey: Shift-Ctrl-Alt-S

Or a degenerate lattice can do the same but then you need to set up separately the lattice mesh. More fumbling.
