Hi, I'm trying to render out some smoke that's slow and stretchy like the smoke from a cigarette. I've tried many things but I can't seem to slow down the animation in the Viper preview window nor the particles in the viewports. It says in the manual that turning down the velocity slows down the particle emitter but it doesn't seem to have any effect on speed. I'm using 200 frames at 30 fps. Increasing frames dosn't seem to help.
Any help is appreciated.

Change the velocity of the particles or the HVs on the Y axis. If the particles move 0.5m over 200 frames, the velocity should be less than 100% to make the smoke rise slower. Can't actually test right now, have to reinstall my Eve3.framework :rolleyes:

Never mind mlinde I found my own problem. It was the wind I needed to increase the keyframes for. Duh:rolleyes:
